Getting your Series 3, 4, or 5 DZE® OTDR Launch Cable serviced is quick and easy. The typical service includes the retermination of both leads. A representative will contact you if your unit(s) needs additional services. Simply select which Series Launch Cable you will be sending in for service. Let us know the connector styles, fiber type, length, and serial number of the unit (this information is optional), and then click on "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your details and select the shipping method you would like us to use to have your unit(s) returned. Enter your payment information and any special instructions and click on "Check Out". Your credit card will not be charged until the unit(s) are ready to ship back. Pack up the unit(s) you will be sending in for service and ship to the address listed below. It is highly recommended that items being returned are sent via a trackable and/or insured method (UPS or FedEx). Please reference your online order number (Example: 646XXX) in the ship-to address after RMA. Your order number will be emailed to you after you check out.
