If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll make it right. Within 30 days, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). All sales are final after 30 days. We will also gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Buyer must submit claims regarding items that are defective, missing or shipped in error within 3 days from receipt of shipment. No items may be returned without a Return Materials Authorization number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Items being returned must be in resell-able condition. Material not in new condition may result in refusal to accept for credit or additional charges. Fiber Plus Int'l reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Credit for the return will be issued after the material has been received and inspected by the designated Fiber Plus Int'l distribution center. Private Label and Custom orders are non-returnable.
